TERMS & CONDITIONS
All rates are in NZD + GST.
The website price for Flower Wall hire includes GST.
Paperwork & Parties falls under Precious Me Limited.
Payment can be made either via PayPal or by transferring the funds into our bank account. If paying via PayPal there will be a 3% surcharge. Payment of your invoice
Payment must be made within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. Work will not take place until the invoice has been paid in full. If the invoice is not paid within that time, your booking date may go to another client.
Upon termination of this agreement, no further additional charges will be incurred, however, Paperwork & Parties Ltd will still be entitled to payments for any period or partial periods that occurred prior to the date of termination and for which Paperwork & Parties Ltd has not yet been paid.
Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received. Paperwork & Parties Ltd plans and schedules client projects and works to mutually agreed deadlines. Payment of your invoice means that your agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Paperwork & Parties represents and warrants to the Client that it has the experience and ability to perform the services required by this Agreement; that it will perform said services in a professional, competent and timely manner; that it has the power to enter into and perform this Agreement.
This agreement for Paperwork & Parties to perform shall be excused by acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond Paperwork & Parties control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Paperwork & Parties to find comparable replacement event planning at the agreed upon fees. In the event that Paperwork & Parties is unable to procure a replacement, the Client shall receive a full refund of all fees paid to Paperwork & Parties. The Client agrees that in all such circumstances, Paperwork & Parties liability shall be exclusively limited to refunding the fees paid and that Paperwork & Parties shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of this contract.
If the client books the venue themselves, there needs to be a minimum of 6 hours prior to the event for set up to take place.
Photos will be taken of the event once the event is set up and will be solely used by Paperwork & Parties.
A request will be made for the use of photos during the event and the event space. Approval will be sought from the client to enable the use of photos taken during the event.
In the event of non-payment, Paperwork & Parties retains the right to attempt collection through all legal and permissible means. The Client will be responsible for all court fees, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by Paperwork & Parties.
This agreement cannot be cancelled except by mutual written consent of both the Client and Paperwork & Parties. If cancellation is initiated by the Client in writing and agreed to by Paperwork & Parties in writing, the Client will be required to pay any unrecoverable costs already incurred by Paperwork & Parties (but not more than the total fee agreed upon).
The Client shall pay any charges imposed by the venue. These charges may include, but are not limited to parking, use of power etc.
Any damage or loss of products belonging to Paperwork & Parties or products hired from a third party vendor is the responsibility of the Client. Please contact Paperwork & Parties to find out full replacement costs of the products.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, assume liability for and hold Paperwork & Parties harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, suits, proceedings, penalties, expenses or other liabilities including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of or resulting from the performance of this contract, regardless of the basis (except for gross negligence on the part of Paperwork & Parties).
The Client may not transfer this contract to another party without the prior written consent of Paperwork & Parties.
